The Office of Environmental Sciences was created in 2000 by the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences to coordinate research, extension and teaching programs addressing environmental issues. We serve as a contact point for the highly diverse and exceptionally well qualified faculty of the College.

Our objective is enhance environmental quality with science based information and programs for policy makers, government officials, businesses and citizens. We encourage partnerships with other academic institutions, government, non-government entities, and industry to maximize the effectiveness of the College's current environmental research, education and extension efforts.
